Visitation: Dream or Reality?

Visitation: Dream or Reality?

When a loved one dies, it can leave us with such a strong longing to see them again, if only for a second, or just one-more-time.  This longing for a visitation from them can be consuming. What if…we could connect with them again and spend some valuable time together?  How often have you had a dream that made you sit up in bed and say, “Wow! That dream was awesome. It was just what I needed.”

Well, I had the best dream last night.

I had set my intention to see one of my best friends who died this time last year from a rare form of Leukemia. My intention was to have a dream visitation. We were tennis partners, our husbands played tennis together, and we vacationed in exotic places like the British West Indies Island of Anguilla between my cancer treatments. (Yes, I am a three-time breast cancer survivor whose dream diagnosed her illness missed by the medical community and the tests on which they relied.) She was there for me during all three of my breast cancer treatments and all that they encompassed.

When she died a piece of my heart died. The disbelief and grief that set in once I realized she was truly gone was physically tangible. It covered and suffocated me like a heavy wet blanket.

Months passed, and I realized I needed to see her again if only for a little while, to know where she was, and to see how she was doing.

So I set my dream intention before bed to see her in my dreams. Yeah, I was that desperate.

During a dream, she walked in and said, “Wanna get a drink?” We sat in a beautiful restaurant with a lovely classy bar, and I ordered a martini while we chatted… just like old times. But, when her martini came, it had sliced carrots and celery in the glass but no liquid. I asked her about this. “Oh I don’t drink anymore,” she said, “but I wanted to see you, too.” Dream or reality?

Setting our dream intention is easier than it sounds. You can even write your intention down on a piece of paper and place it under your pillow to “sleep on it.” This is taking the 5th dimension abstract concept of intention and turning it into a concrete reality in the form of words on paper.

Tonight set your dream intention and sweet dreams.  How will you know if it was just a dream or reality in a dream? Validation. What was discussed in the dream that rings true to you? What happened or was said that was a piece to a puzzle?

The video podcast below takes you through the steps of creating your dream intention. Enjoy the show.

Coffee Cancer Life Research: A Dream Come True (Part 1 of 3)

Coffee Cancer Life Research: A Dream Come True (Part 1 of 3)

Like the New England weather at the Harvard Research facility, if you don’t like the current scientific findings on a new health topic, wait five minutes, and it may change. Coffee lovers and cancer patients worldwide hope this latest coffee and cancer research remains the same.

Coffee lovers wake up! Smell the new brew research that may extend your life. It concludes that your cup or two of morning brew may be good for you, and increase your lifespan. Great plan. Previous studies stated coffee might shorten your life by leading to life-threatening diseases like cancer. However, recent research has changed that thought pattern.

Now, a cup a day may chase cancer away. A cup-a-Joe may increase blood flow.

The confirmation that my beloved coffee may be healthy has left me so happy it has awakened my inner poet, like you didn’t know it. But, I promise not to rhyme anymore.

This new research is music to many coffee lovers’ and cancer patients ears while it warms our soul which may also lead to a happier life. Science has already proven a happier life is a healthier life. As the research below shows, coffee may even reduce suicide and help patients suffering from Parkinson’s Disease.  Coffee may be the miracle answer.

Unfortunately, it also appears that scientific research contradicts itself from one discovery to the next.

With over 400 billion cups of coffee thought to be consumed every year, coffee is one of the world’s most popular drinks.

What are the newly discovered health benefits and risks of drinking coffee?

Let’s begin with the risks. Coffee is not for everyone. People with caffeine allergies, glaucoma, epilepsy, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) may want to stay away from caffeinated coffee. Harvard Research found that drinking eight or more cups a day has been associated with increased suicide risk.

Now, the good news.  Two new studies, one in the U.S. and one in Europe, have found that drinking more coffee each day could lead to a longer life. The benefits may range from helping to prevent diabetes, protect heart rhythm, lower risks of high-grade prostate cancer, colorectal cancer, liver disease, naturally treat Parkinson ’s disease, and reduce mental health issues like depression and suicide.

For those infected with hepatitis C, drinking coffee may reduce DNA damage, increase the clearance of virus-infected cells, and slow the scarring process, which may help explain coffee’s apparent role in reducing liver disease progression risk.

Don’t miss part 2 of this three part blog to learn about the latest uplifting research on  coffee and the  effect it has on reducing the chances of getting Prostate Cancer.

Your Wildest Dream Message Revealed Series #5: Celebrity Dreams

Your Wildest Dream Message Revealed Series #5: Celebrity Dreams

You have sent me many dream questions and I’ve been waiting for a rainy day to answer them. Well, it’s raining. So, I’ve shut off my cell phone and hung the Do Not Disturb sign on my door that I “permanently borrowed” from a hotel room. In order to answer them all, I’ve created a dream series because I believe that by reading the answers to the dreams of others we enrich our waking-life. Each section in the series will focus on answering your dream questions.

Today, your wildest dream questions are my main priority.

Your Questions: I have recurring dreams of meeting a celebrity I like and not being able to take a picture with them for various reasons and feeling pissed. What does this mean? People have dreams with celebrities in them all the time. Do celebrities have dreams with nobodies in them? Why do people have dreams to meet the celebrities in their life? I had a dream last night with Lady Gaga in my face painting pink freckles on it. The dream was annoying; I didn’t want her to do that. Does she have dreams painting on random people’s faces?

What great dreams and questions. Celebrities hold a special place in our hearts and minds, and that can manifest them in our dreams.

We often imagine celebrities as living the perfect life after overcoming the odds of climbing the ladder of success. They were discovered, considered worthy of stardom and their worth is now celebrated. They have ‘Handlers” in the form of agents, attorneys and accountants who look after them and take care of their every need. We may desire to be successful financially and emotionally like we imagine they are.

Society and the media has elevated celebrities and used them as the success measuring device for life.

We are bombarded with it on TV, the radio and movies. We may subconsciously want to be in their social circle, be loved and in demand like they are, and live their party life.

This deep desire can play out in your dreams.

Another aspect to dreaming of celebrates can only be explained by you answering these questions:

 · What is it about that celebrity that is most like you or opposite of you?

· What aspect of their personality is reflected in your personality or lacking in your personality?

· What is it about them that you respect and feel could be helpful to you? Is it their strength, fortitude, sexiness, or attractiveness?

· Have they overcome obstacles that are now a part of your waking world?

A client once told me Lady Gaga and her friends marched into her living room, sat on her couch and waited for her to get dressed to come out and party with them. The client was going through breast cancer treatment and felt lonely and unattractive.

Look at the play on words; “sat in her living room and waited….”

After answering the questions above the dream message was clear to her.

•   Be yourself,

•   Overcome your obstacles,

•   Connect with strong women who will wait for you to join them in life.

•   Don’t worry about what others think of you,

•   And remember- however you are, you were born this way.

Yes, I’m pretty sure Lady Gaga has dreams of non-celebrities and may even wish she were able to walk freely down the street unnoticed. And what’s more, Lady Gaga may dream of her favorite celebrities because everyone dreams their desires.

I hope this helps to answers your incredible dream questions. Ask me anything in the comment box.

How To Enter Your Sacred Dream Doors: 5 Easy Steps

How To Enter Your Sacred Dream Doors: 5 Easy Steps

remarkable

“When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but which has opened? Often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one for us.”~Helen Keller

AFFIRMATION ♥~The more grateful I am, the more reasons I find to be grateful.

Have your ever passed through the Sacred Doorways of Dreams and met Your Spirit Guides or Guardian Angels?

Your dreams are the doorways to a parallel universe where passed over loved ones, guardian angels and spirit guides can speak and work with you. These conversations can take place using words or pictures, signs from the language of Universal Symbolism, or your own dream language.

Your personal dream language can be confusing. You may feel much like Alice in Wonderland from Lewis Carroll’s book Through the Looking-Glass when she encountered the frightening Jabberwocky in the forest.  Alice could not see the forest for the trees or completely understand the Jabberwocky for the words. Alice understood enough to understand the importance of the message for her in the frightening dreamscape.

Nightmares are often a gift in disguise and always an important message that can lead us out of the dark. It is easy to forget a nice dream, but how do you ignore a nightmare? The power is in the memory.

That is often the case in your dream world-your dreamscape.   The information can help you find your way out of the deep dark woods of life, but first you must understand the dream language.

This is part of the challenge of finding your way through the Sacred Doors of your Dream World filled with information and guidance for a better and more fulfilled life.

Sacred doors connect you with your innate Spirit-guides and Guardian Angels. You are born with them. You are their job and they take their job seriously.

When you are in crisis of any kind that includes but is not limited to; health, wealth or relationships, the sacred doors open. The only way they can close is if you choose to shut them.

If you feel your doors are not open and therefore you do not receive the information you need to live your life purpose, circumnavigate the torturous waters of an emotional storm, receive guidance for a life threatening illness or live your life to the fullest, ask for the sacred doors to open and you will receive.

Your request will be heard and answered. It is Universal Law.

Connecting with your Spirit Guides is as easy as one, two, three.

Here are five strategies for doing so.

1.) State your intention to the Universe, because it is always listening. Tell the Universe you wish to meet your Spirit-guides in your dreams tonight.

2.) Write your intention on a piece of paper and place it beneath your pillow. You are acting out the requested event by taking an abstract idea (meeting your guides) and making it concrete (writing it on a piece of paper.) You are taking an idea from the fourth dimension of spirit and bringing it into the third dimension of existence. You are connecting these parallel universes with your written intention.

3.) Now, “sleep on your intention.”  Sleeping  on it is a more than a play on words. It is the key to opening the Sacred Doors to answers within the dream realm. Everyone has access to their Sacred Doors.

4.) In the morning, write down your dream in your dream journal. If you don’t have a dream journal, go to www.SurvivingCancerland.com and download the FREE guidebook in the right-side column. Put the dream journal pages in a note book binder beside your bed. (Replenish the pages when you need more.) Use the free dream journal pages as your own personal dream journal.

5.) Watch for the people, animals and plants in your dream. Underline them and write your feelings about them. What did they say to you? What colors did you see during the dream.

You may have just met some of your guides.  Now, watch for the validation during the day that verifies that your dream was guidance. Validation is very personal. You will know immediately when you get it. You will feel like you have just experienced an “Ah-ha” moment.

Meeting your Spirit guides and Guardian Angels will be a positive turning point in your life. It will be the beginning of the next phase of your life-purpose-journey toward your destiny. This is a path you will only travel once in this life-time, so enjoy every step of it and remember to smell, the flowers, listen to the animals and walk with the guides in your dreams.
